Our products are made to order for you, so please read this before you buy.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you live in the EU, you can change your mind and return an unopened, unused product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Write to us at noirskinofficial@gmail.com within the 14 days to tell us you are withdrawing, then send the product back to the address we give you. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Opened products

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are damaged or faulty (see below).

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or not what you ordered, write to us at noirskinofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, including the original shipping cost, at no cost to you.

Skin reactions

Please patch-test every product before first use. If you have a reaction, stop using the product and contact us. If you need medical advice, please see a doctor or pharmacist.

Refunds

Once we receive and check a returned product, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is because of a damaged, faulty or wrong item, or if the law requires it.

Cancellations

Because orders go into production quickly, please write to us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. If production has not started, we will cancel and refund your order in full.
