By placing an order you agree to these terms. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. All products are made to order; see our Shipping page for timing.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro. Shipping and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order.

Delivery

See the Shipping page. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are paid by the customer.

Returns and refunds

Using our products

Our products are cosmetics for external use. Read the ingredient list and patch-test before first use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. Our descriptions are not medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or have questions about an ingredient, ask a doctor or pharmacist first.
